Free, informal group workout with experienced instructor and local mom. This no equipment, outdoor workout will combine bodyweight strength exercises and interval training to tone muscles and get your heart pumping. No equipment required, all fitness levels welcome. Please bring water and notify instructor of any injuries/physical limitations before the workout begins.
