Join Sam for Family Yoga in The Park on SAT 5/13/23 at 10-11am! 

Practicing yoga together can help us model self care for our children, while also teaching the importance of connection and community. 

This class will be geared toward families with children Ages 3-8 saddle river county park | saddle brook nj 

Location: OTTO PEHLE AREA | meet alongside the pond on the opposite end from the playground *** 

* Arrive, park and walk from the parking lot to the other side of the pond. (Start to notice your breath as you walk without rushing - in and out through your nose.)

 * Family Yoga will begin on the opposite side of the pond at 10:10am sharp and end by 10:50am.

 * Following our 40 min class, we will all walk back around the pond to the playground/parking lot together, mindfully taking in nature and noticing what we notice. 

$10 per participant - payable via venmo, paypal or cash in person.
